Joe and his team help a wide range of civically minded organizations build and maintain comprehensive award programs for their employees and supporters.  

From 1986 to 2008 Joe served world-wide in various Marine Corps assignments, which included serving as the Assistant Chief of Staff of awards programs for large organizations, some of which supported over 8500 members.  

Joe originally founded Tripoli Gift Company as a tribute to the heroes of the 2nd Battle of Fallujah.

From 2004 to 2008, when Joe served as a Combat Historian in Fallujah collecting battle artifacts and recording the actions of heroic Marines for the National Marine Corps Museum, he realized that the simple awards service members put on their “valor walls” were in no small way reminders of the heroism of America's fighting men and women. He determined there under enemy fire that he would use his skills in the arts & crafts to produce special gifts for those who served. ...That's how Tripoli Gift Company originally started.

Joe volunteers with multiple veteran’s organizations and civic groups which support the entrepreneurial goals of our nation’s heroes.
